ASK Desk
The ASK Desk (Assistance-Service-Knowledge), located on the first floor of the Prior Health Sciences Library, provides support in person, by phone and through e-mail to services of the Library and the Center for Knowledge Management.
Services include support for laptop computers and PDAs; checking out library materials, models and bones; assistance with database and Internet searches; help with reference questions; advice on computer hardware and software issues; poster pickup; outgoing faxing (local and long-distance) and referrals for medical illustration, poster and web site design, and other specialized services within the Center for Knowledge Management.
Center for Knowledge Management and Library staff members are available at the ASK Desk from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Library circulation services are available at the ASK Desk in the evenings, on weekends and on holidays when the Library is open.
