Journal Article Databases

CINAHL : Provides access to nursing and allied health information from 1982 to the present.  Over one thousand journals are indexed in the CINAHL database, including  journals on public health and wellness, health care management and administration, and geriatrics/gerontology.

MEDLINE : Covers the fields of medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, and the preclinical sciences. This database contains citations and abstracts from over 4,300 biomedical journals.  Use MEDLINE to supplement and broaden your CINAHL search.  It will be especially useful for comprehensive access to journal literature on health care administration and public health.
