Databases

CINAHL : Provides access to nursing and allied health information from 1982 to the present.  Over one thousand journals are indexed in the CINAHL database.

MEDLINE (via PubMed)
The National Library of Medicine’s premier database covers the fields of medicine, nursing, dentistry, allied medical professions, veterinary medicine, the health care system, and the preclinical sciences. Indexes articles from approximately 4,300 journals published in the U.S. and seventy other countries.

Evidence Based Medicine (EBM)
: Designed for use by clinicians, researchers, and students who wish to base clinical decisions on accumulated evidence from the primary medical literature. Includes the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews; and Best Evidence from the American College of Physicians and the BMJ Publishing Group. Contains links to full-text documents and to MEDLINE citations

Micromedex : Offers comprehensive, reviewed and evaluated drug information resources in the areas of pharmacology, reproductive risk, complementary & alternative medicine, chemical safety, and patient education.
