University Hospital East - Purchase Recommendation Form

This form is for physicians and employees of University Hospital East only. All requests made using this form will be considered for the Hardymon Medical Library at University Hospitals East. The Medical Librarian at University Hospital East welcomes recommendations of books, journals, adnd electronic materials for addition to the Hardymon Medical Library. Requests are evaluated for relevance to the University Hospital East mission, availability of items through the OSU library systems and OhioLINK, and the library's acquisition budget.
