A: ALL USERS of the upgraded system must establish and utilize an OSU WIRELESS account. To activate your wireless ID and PIN login and password visit http://wireless.osu.edu and follow the steps. Please make sure to document your PIN number.

A:   Instructions for configuring your laptop are available Windows and Mac OS X and are also available at the Library's ASK Desk. Assistance in configuring your laptop is also available at the ASK Desk.

Q: Are there staff available to help me install and configure my wireless adaptor ?

A: All customers are responsible for purchasing, installing, and configuring their wireless adaptors. Some assistance can be obtained at the Ask Desk of the Prior Library. Additional assistance from 7 am to 10 pm, M-F, and 4 to 10 pm, Sundays can be obtained at 688-HELP.

Q: Can I roam into other Medical Center buildings?

A: Users can roam into the two main lecture rooms in Meiling Hall, the Clinical Skills Lab, all auditoriums, and 1st floor of Graves. This new network is compatible with new campus wireless network.
