Conference Rooms

There are a series small group conferences room available on the 3rd floor of the library which can be reserved under the following guidelines:

• Rooms can be reserved for a maximum of two hours
  
• Rooms may be reserved up to one day in advance
  
• Multiple reservations for a study group or individual are not permitted
  
• Keys must be returned if the room is not occupied
  
• Keys may not be taken out of the library; the room will be cancelled if the key is left at the circulation desk
  
• Reservations will be held for ten minutes
  
• Door must be closed and locked, and the lights turned off, when you leave the room
  
• Rooms may be reserved for an additional two hours, upon return of key, if available (i.e. if no other customer has requested a reservation) 

Fines

Overdue fines may be imposed on any key returned late:

1st hour = $2
Each additional hour = $5
