Library Notices via Email
All library notices (overdue, recalls, etc.) are sent via each customer's OSU email address only. Notices cannot be sent to Internet service provider (ISP)email accounts and are not sent using traditional mail services. Customers are encouraged to monitor their own Library accounts using My Record. All ISP email services allow the downloading of email from other POP service accounts, including all osu.edu addresses. Check the help/instructions provided by your specific ISP on how to configure it to downloadOSU email. To activate an OSU email account go to the Office of Information Technology and select Activate OSU Internet Username.
