Do you have a quick question about a library resource or service? Contact the ASK Desk with these questions at 292-4861. If your question requires more in-depth assistance, you may leave a message on the Reference telephone at 292-4869. A librarian will return your call within approximately 24 hours. You may also choose to contact a liaison librarian.

E-mail is an easy way to get assistance with searching difficulties. Use our E-mail Question Form to ask an OSU health sciences librarian your question. We strive to answer these questions within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Ask us in person

ASK Desk staff are available all hours the library is open. Reference librarians provide reference assistance through the Personalized Information Consult Service, and are available by appointment or during their scheduled office hours. To make an appointment with a liaison librarian, contact your college's/school's liaison. Our library is located at 376 W. 10th Ave., Columbus, OH, 43210, adjacent to the Ohio State University Medical Center.
